Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Baton Rouge, LA to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property. Regular onsite presence is essential, with responsibilities spanning tours, leasing, paperwork, and customer service.

The role involves implementing sales strategies, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting retention programs while ensuring resident satisfaction and a professional property image.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of on-site software functions.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents.
• Greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Maintain prospect traffic and respond within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans to increase property traffic.
• Address resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in resident retention programs.
