Asset Living is a fast-growing real estate management firm that values teamwork and opportunity. The Leasing Consultant role focuses on leasing, resident relations, and the daily operations of a community. You will show units, qualify prospects, and coordinate tours to close leases.

This position requires on-site presence, strong communication, and a proactive approach to delivering excellent service to residents and owners alike.

Competenze

• Customer-focused leasing experience or interest in property recruitment.
• Familiarity with on-site software and leasing workflows.
• Understanding of Fair Housing laws and OSHA basics.
• Ability to greet, qualify, tour, and close leases with professionalism.

Mansioni

• Leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Show, lease, tour, and move in prospective residents; greet and qualify visitors.
• Close sales with appointments, tours, and follow-up.
• Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turnover.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and respond within 24 hours.
• Use sales/marketing strategies to increase traffic and hit leasing goals.
• Handle resident complaints and assist retention programs.
