Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. Regular onsite attendance is required; you will show, lease, tour, greet and sign leases, and handle follow-up to close deals.

Responsibilities include maintaining leasing data, responding to leads within 24 hours, and enforcing community policies while delivering excellent customer service and coordinating resident events and retention efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Fair Housing Laws and OSHA knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Property Leasing and Administration.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close the sale with appointments, leads, tours, and follow-up as needed.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Enforce policies of the community and maintain resident relations.
