Job summary

Asset Living, a nationwide property management partner, seeks a Leasing Consultant for on-site communities in Lafayette, LA. You will handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations, greeting prospects, touring communities, and signing leases.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA. You’ll work full-time with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K, plus paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and qualify applicants.
• Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Maintain prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in marketing outreach and market surveys.
• Deal with resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Enforce community policies as directed.
