Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. Onsite presence is required daily; you will greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents while maintaining accurate leasing data and contributing to marketing efforts.

The role involves handling leasing paperwork, supporting turnover processes, responding to resident concerns, and assisting in implementing retention programs to sustain community

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required for onsite software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is expected.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Maintain positive resident relations and respond to resident concerns.
• Complete leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits and turnover processes.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans and market surveys to generate leasing opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service and enforce community policies.
