Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a community. The role requires regular onsite attendance, strong customer service, and the ability to show and lease units, sign leases, and follow up with prospects.

Responsibilities include conducting tours, processing leasing paperwork, and maintaining leasing data while supporting marketing and outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, show, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.
• Greet, qualify, tour the community, and generate new leads.
• Maintain accuracy of prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs.
