Job summary

Asset Living is actively seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing and resident relations for a community. Regular onsite attendance, friendly engagement and property presentation will be essential to success.

You will show properties, qualify prospective residents, prepare lease documents and ensure a smooth move-in process while meeting leasing goals and upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales with appointments, tours, and follow-up.
• Maintain leasing data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs.
