Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at a property. On-site attendance is required daily to greet and qualify potential residents, conduct tours, and sign leases.

Responsibilities include completing leasing paperwork, assisting with audits and turnover, tracking leads within 24 hours, applying sales strategies, and supporting retention programs. Knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease
• Completes all leasing paperwork needed before move-in
• Assist with lease audits, walking units, and the turn process
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours
• Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic and leasing
• Conduct resident relations and ensure satisfaction
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs
• Maintain upkeep of office and common areas
• Assist in implementing annual marketing plan outreach
• Review market survey/analysis to generate ideas and plans
• Maintain knowledge of property and market conditions
