Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property. Regular onsite attendance, showings, tours, and lease signings are essential parts of the role.

You will maintain leasing data, support the marketing plan, and help implement resident retention programs while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, show, and move-in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct leasing activities including appointments, follow-ups, and market surveys to drive traffic.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs and events.
• Contribute to office upkeep and support marketing plan execution.
