Job summary

Asset Living in Davis, CA is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing and positive resident relations for a property. You will greet, tour, qualify prospects and sign leases, while maintaining model units and handling paperwork.

You will conduct market surveys, respond to inquiries within 24 hours and support in developing retention programs. A High School Diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to use on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations at the property.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
• Complete leasing paperwork and assist with audits and turn processes.
• Maintain accurate lead data and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Support with annual marketing plans and property traffic goals.
• Foster resident satisfaction and help implement retention programs.
