Job summary

Asset Living in Orlando is seeking a Community Assistant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for the property. This on-site role requires strong customer service and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.

You will handle leasing paperwork, tours, and help implement retention programs, while maintaining accurate resident data and contributing to marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• On-site software functions knowledge is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour community, and sign a lease.
• Close the sale: set appointments, generate leads, conduct tours and follow up.
• Complete leasing paperwork and manage turnover tasks.
• Maintain prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans and market surveys to drive occupancy.
• Provide excellent resident relations and address concerns promptly.
