Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. You will show units, qualify prospects, tour the community, and finalize leases while maintaining prospect data and supporting outreach efforts.

Role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of housing laws. On-site attendance and a customer-focused approach are essential, with opportunities for bonuses and a comprehensive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct tours and close sales; schedule appointments and follow up with leads.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs and marketing outreach.
• Provide excellent customer service and address resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.
