Job summary

Qualfon is seeking an onsite Learning and Development Assistant Manager to lead a skilled training team across programs. You will coordinate curriculum, supervise trainers, and provide instructional coaching while ensuring compliance and quality assurance for the group.

The role requires evening onsite availability and strong leadership to drive performance, development, and client-specific outcomes within a fast-paced BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Three years supervisor experience or equivalent education is required along with knowledge of BPO performance.
• Previous Learning & Development/Training experience is required.
• Excellent communication & leadership skills.
• Ability to plan, multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong computer and database skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops, organizes and supervises client-specific training programs.
• Provides orientation to trainees on the detailed training process flow.
• Supervises engaging training sessions and enhances learning retention.
• Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques.
• Participates in multiple training projects within budgets and timelines.
• Collects client feedback and ensures standards meet goals.
• Communicates training processes to agents and managers per protocol.
• Identifies gaps between training and operations and implements solutions.
• Conducts coaching sessions to identify areas for improvement with written records.
• Oversees new program launches and onboarding processes.
• Offers ongoing development opportunities for staff.
• Collaborates with production supervisors to monitor agent performance.
