Job summary

AssistRx is seeking a Learning & Development Lead to engage with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to support onboarding, ongoing education, and compliance. You will design, evaluate, and enhance training frameworks, lead high-impact initiatives, and serve as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders and clients.

The role requires extensive experience in healthcare training, instructional design, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience or training, or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, education, business, or related field preferred
• 5 years of progressive health care business experience (SPP, hospitals, or insurance)
• 2+ years in a lead or senior training role within healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated environment
• Experience supervising learning programs and team members
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and eLearning platforms

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage training at Orlando or OPK site locations; local to an AssistRx facility
• Plan and coordinate program trainings; delegate as necessary
• Monitor implementation of program features with senior management and client
• Keep program training on schedule and coordinate communications
• Create and maintain program training presentations
• Evaluate training outcomes using KPIs and feedback for continuous improvement
• Coach and mentor junior training staff and coordinate with leadership and client stakeholders
• Lead design and implementation of strategic training initiatives across programs
