Qualifications

• 2–3 years of training, facilitation, or learning & development experience (warehouse or operations environment preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience (formal or informal).
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, reporting).

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding sessions for PM shift new hires and ensure consistent delivery.
• Audit trainer delivery, SOP adherence, and use of training materials.
• Provide structured coaching to improve trainer effectiveness and engagement.
• Track training progress, productivity ramp-up, and early retention.
• Maintain onboarding dashboards and report updates to leadership.
