Qualus is seeking an Instructional Designer/Consultant to support client-facing training and readiness solutions within Field Services. You will collaborate with internal leaders and SMEs to structure content and deliver effective, actionable learning that drives client initiatives.

The role emphasizes designing, developing, and refining e-learning content, assessments, and performance support materials for diverse client needs in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience developing training or performance support materials.
• 4–6 years of instructional design experience, focused on e-learning content creation.
• 1 year of experience using e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional content tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify objectives and content.
• Develop interactive e-learning courses using ADDIE/SAM and adult learning theories.
• Create assessments and knowledge checks to measure impact.
• Translate complex processes into practical, field-ready content.
• Produce deliverables that function as training and reference tools.
