Job summary

Fluence is seeking a Training & Development Manager to own onboarding and continuous learning programs. You will design content, administer the LMS, and collaborate across teams to ensure accurate, scalable training.

The role requires 4 days in the office, with hands-on video production using Synthesia and Adobe Premiere, SOP creation, and strong facilitation to engage diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of instructional design and content development experience.
• Experience building modular onboarding and continuous learning content.
• Articulate 360 Rise experience for interactive courses.
• LMS administration experience including users, courses, and reporting.
• Ability to facilitate live or virtual training sessions.
• Experience creating SOPs and process documentation (Scribe or similar).
• Video production and editing using Synthesia and Adobe Premiere.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain onboarding and ongoing learning content.
• Modularize training content for all LMS roles.
• Keep content updated on the Lightning SharePoint site.
• Create interactive courses using Articulate 360 Rise.
• Maintain LMS integrity: users, courses, permissions, reports.
• Facilitate live/virtual onboarding sessions across departments.
• Produce and edit training videos with Synthesia and Premiere.
• Collaborate with PMs, SMEs, Marketing, and Ops for alignment.
