Job summary

PPL Electric Utilities is seeking a Learning and Development leader to manage the QA program and develop complex curricula. This role collaborates with business units to identify learning needs and build capabilities that meet strategic goals.

The position may oversee in-person supervision and may require after-hours duties during emergencies, with flexible work location per business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience designing curriculum and adult learning programs.
• Ability to manage learning projects from initiation to delivery.
• Facilitation and presentations to diverse audiences.
• Experience evaluating learning outcomes and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic learning programs aligned with business goals.
• Manages scoping, scheduling, deliverables and milestones for curricula.
• Maintains curricula revisions and retirement recommendations.
• Leads teams to create new curricula and update existing ones.
• Consults with SMEs on learning implications and gaps.
• Coordinates QA program with locations and vendors; audits & standards.
• Analyzes feedback and metrics to measure program effectiveness.
• Researches industry trends to inform curriculum development.
• Oversees compliance with safety rules as applicable.
• May perform after-hours duties during emergencies.
