Job summary

Health Choice Network is seeking a Part-Time IT Technician in Aurora, IL to provide Tier 2 end-user support, manage Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 services, and help maintain secure, reliable IT operations onsite. You will support devices with Intune and Autopilot, assist with AD/Entra ID, and collaborate with teammates and vendors to resolve issues quickly while delivering strong customer service.

This role requires residency near Aurora and willingness to work onsite.

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
3+ years IT support, help desk, desktop support, or systems support experience.
Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID.
Experience using Intune or other endpoint management solutions.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, Microsoft 365, and connectivity issues.
Support user account administration in Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
Deploy, configure, and support endpoint devices using Intune, Autopilot, and related tools.
Install, configure, and support Windows OS and business applications.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding and hardware deployment.
