Job summary

Health Choice Network is seeking a Part-Time IT Technician in Aurora, IL to provide Tier 2 end-user support, manage Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 services, and help maintain secure, reliable IT operations onsite. You will support devices with Intune and Autopilot, assist with AD/Entra ID, and collaborate with teammates and vendors to resolve issues quickly while delivering strong customer service.

This role requires residency near Aurora and willingness to work onsite.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 3+ years IT support, help desk, desktop support, or systems support experience.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Experience using Intune or other endpoint management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, Microsoft 365, and connectivity issues.

Position Summary

Health Choice Network is seeking an experienced IT Technicianto provide advanced technical support for end users, Microsoft 365 services, endpoint devices, and core IT systems. This role serves as an escalation point for technical issues, supports daily IT operations, and helps maintain a reliable, secure, and efficient technology environment.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically skilled, and experienced supporting Windows environments, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and user access administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, Microsoft 365, and connectivity issues.
• Support user account administration in Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
• Deploy, configure, and support endpoint devices using Intune, Autopilot, and related management tools.
• Install, configure, and support Windows operating systems and business applications.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office applications.
• Assist with workstation imaging, software deployment, and device lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving VPN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and wireless networks.
• Participate in endpoint security, patch management, and vulnerability remediation activities.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including hardware deployment and access provisioning.
• Maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and asset records.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and third-party support providers to resolve issues.
• Assist with ticket triage, escalation management, and root cause analysis.
• Participate in after-hours support and maintenance activities as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience in Information Technology or a related field.
• 3+ years of IT support, help desk, desktop support, technical support, or systems support experience.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Experience using Intune or other endpoint management solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management.
• Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and wireless networking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
