Health Choice Network is seeking a Part-time IT Technician in Aurora, IL to provide Tier 2 end-user support for Windows devices and Microsoft 365 services. The role focuses on endpoint management, security, and reliable IT operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of IT support experience, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID, and Intune.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent IT experience.
• 3+ years of IT support or help desk experience.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook/Teams/SharePoint).
• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID.

Responsabilités

• Provide Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, Microsoft 365, and connectivity issues.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Deploy and support endpoint devices using Intune and Autopilot.
• Install and support Windows OS and business applications.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and asset records.
