Job summary

Euclid Heat Treating is seeking an IT Coordinator to maintain daily technology needs across the company. This on-site, part-time role focuses on hands-on support for Windows 11, Microsoft 365, printers, VoIP, and security cameras to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in IT support, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication. The position requires flexibility to work 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, on-site in Euclid, OH.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or similar role.
• Working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Basic understanding of computer networking and connectivity.
• Experience troubleshooting printers, phones, computers, and other workplace technology.
• Familiarity with VoIP phone systems and security camera systems is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and manage competing priorities.
• Collaborative but able to work independently.
• Ability to work with an outsourced IT provider.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and assist with hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Support and troubleshoot Windows 11 computers, laptops, peripherals, and related equipment.
• Assist with Microsoft 365, including user support, applications, email, and basic account-related issues.
• Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain printers and other office equipment.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and support for network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and related infrastructure.
• Support and troubleshoot VoIP phone systems.
• Assist with the operation and basic troubleshooting of security camera systems.
• Help coordinate setup, replacement, and maintenance of computers and other technology equipment.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees experiencing technology issues.
• Work closely with our outsourced IT provider, coordinating support requests and assisting with troubleshooting and implementation of technology solutions.
• Communicate technical information clearly and professionally to employees with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Maintain a high level of customer service while responding to technology-related questions and problems.
• Help identify recurring technology issues and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Maintain organization, documentation, and accountability for company technology equipment and resources.
• Stay current with technology, security practices, and software updates relevant to the business.
