• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, email, printing, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications and peripherals.
• Assist with installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting at client locations.
• Explain technical issues and solutions clearly to users of varying technical levels.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the ticketing system.
