Job summary

TeamLogic IT of Colorado Springs seeks an IT Technician to provide responsive user support, resolve hardware and software issues, and maintain client systems across diverse environments.

The role includes remote support with occasional on-site visits, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Travel and background checks may be required as part of the engagement.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant IT support experience or a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience providing technical support in business environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Familiarity with Windows Server environments, including Server 2012 or newer.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory is preferred.
• Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, networking concepts, and common network devices.
• Experience supporting printers, peripherals, desktop hardware, and common business applications.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and macOS is a plus.
• Experience with MSP tools such as NinjaOne/Ninja RMM, Autotask PSA, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests by phone, email, and support portal.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, application, hardware, and connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 and end-user account administration.
• Provision and configure systems for new users and onboarding.
• Support Windows workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and related hardware.
• Assist with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file services, and print services.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network-connected devices.
• Use remote management and diagnostic tools to resolve technical issues.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining clear documentation.
• Travel to customer locations when on-site support is required.
