Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Experience supporting PCs, Microsoft Office applications, mobile devices, AV technology, and network connectivity.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support, including VPN and Citrix assistance
• Configure and support PCs, laptops, smartphones, tablets, printers, and phones
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues; elevate as needed
• Support Microsoft Office and document management applications
• Provide conference room and audiovisual support for meetings and presentations
• Coordinate with vendors on technology-related matters
• Maintain local office technology inventory
• Assist with technology deployments, office moves, and firm-wide functions
