Akumin is seeking a Field Support Technician for our Plantation HQ in Florida. This full-time onsite role will be the primary IT anchor at the corporate headquarters, delivering hands-on support and managing the remote ticketing queue for nationwide offices.

You will collaborate with Service Desk, Engineering, and management teams to ensure high system uptime and timely issue resolution across hardware, software, and network platforms.

Formación

• Experience managing a high-volume call queue and ticketing system.
• Knowledge of Service Desk systems, Citrix, Active Directory, Okta MFA, and O365/M365.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% and report to the office full-time.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
• 3–5 years IT support or service desk experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct, hands-on IT support at the corporate headquarters.
• Manage national remote support and the centralized queue for sites nationwide.
• Travel to neighboring offices to deliver on-site assistance and deployments.
• Troubleshoot clinical and corporate systems and connectivity issues.
• Administer accounts and onboarding; assist with security access (AD, Okta MFA).
