Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3+ years of related work experience.
• Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• Proficient in Windows desktop OS, Windows Server with Active Directory, TCP/IP networking, Microsoft Office 2010/2013, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuity of the computer system for all users.
• Support mobile hardware (Apple and Android) and telecommunications equipment.
• Install, troubleshoot, and manage telephone systems, printers, scanners, and copiers.
• Troubleshoot OS, hardware, and software issues; set up equipment for employees.
• Log and track support calls, prioritize tickets, and communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues and develop training materials.
