Qualifications
- 5+ years of desktop support in an enterprise environment.
- Proficient with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
- Experience managing incidents through ServiceNow and AD basics.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite Level 2 desktop support for devices and peripherals.
- Diagnose hardware/software issues in a Windows environment and document steps.
- Install, configure and support enterprise software and operating systems.
- Manage incidents in ServiceNow and coordinate with Level 3 as needed.
- Support Active Directory, VPN, and endpoint management tooling.
