Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience troubleshooting PCs, printers, phones and network issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred.
• Certifications such as MCSE, MCTS, CNA or ITIL are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, repair, maintain and upgrade laptops, desktops, phones, printers and peripherals.
• Provide Tier 1/2 support for server hardware, OS, network infrastructure and telephony.
• Escalate incidents to reduce downtime and document root causes.
• Create documentation for issues resolved and troubleshooting steps.
• Support deployment of business systems and manufacturing initiatives.
• Assist with migrations to new applications and data conversions.
