LeadingIT is seeking an on-site Field Technician in Bourbonnais, IL, for a full-time, intermediate-level position. You will handle a wide range of client support tasks, from hardware deployment to PC imaging, traveling to client sites and documenting outcomes.

Ideal candidates have proven help desk experience, solid understanding of computer systems and mobile devices, and a patient, problem-solving mindset. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Net+ are a plus.
