Job summary

Coforge Limited is seeking a Deskside Technician in Charlotte, NC to provide on-site hardware support and IMAC activities. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Windows 7–11, macOS, and Office 365, and strong customer service skills.

Two or more years of deskside experience in a large corporate environment are preferred, along with familiarity with ServiceNow and general IT support tools.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of deskside support experience.
• Hands-on hardware support experience, not just phone support.
• Desktop Break/Fix experience.
• Experience with MS Windows 7-11 and MAC OS.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face hardware support to customers on-site.
• Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing and incident tracking.
• Install, move, add, changes (IMAC), build and software support.
• Support in a large corporate technical environment.
