Job summary

Coforge Limited is seeking a Deskside Technician in Charlotte, NC to provide on-site hardware support and IMAC activities. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Windows 7–11, macOS, and Office 365, and strong customer service skills.

Two or more years of deskside experience in a large corporate environment are preferred, along with familiarity with ServiceNow and general IT support tools.

Qualifications

Associates or bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of deskside support experience.
Hands-on hardware support experience, not just phone support.
Desktop Break/Fix experience.
Experience with MS Windows 7-11 and MAC OS.

Responsibilities

Provide face-to-face hardware support to customers on-site.
Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing and incident tracking.
Install, move, add, changes (IMAC), build and software support.
Support in a large corporate technical environment.

Experience with Desktop Break/Fix
Experience with MS Windows 7-11
Experience with MAC OS
Experience with office technology (MS Office 365, Web-based Applications, One Drive)
Install, move, add, changes (IMAC), build, configuration, and software support
Experience in large corporate technical support environment
Experience with ticketing tools – ServiceNow
Experience providing excellent Customer Service and face to face hardware support to customers
