Job summary

Talent Groups in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an IT Help Desk Support Specialist I to provide hands-on, on-site desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, device deployment, onboarding/offboarding and asset management in a 3-month contract-to-hire role. Strong Mac/macOS experience is essential, as Macs constitute a significant portion of the environment.

You will support Mac and Windows devices, manage peripherals and conferencing needs, and assist with Intune and Jamf device management during

Qualifications

3+ years of help desk or desktop support experience.
Strong Mac/macOS and Windows troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and basic network troubleshooting.
Experience with ITSM ticketing systems.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lift/move equipment up to 40 lbs.
Experience with Jamf or Intune or MSP environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support Mac and Windows devices, peripherals, printers, docking stations and connectivity.
Image, configure and deploy laptops, desktops and other equipment.
Support onboarding/offboarding and maintain asset records.
Provide conference room and A/V support.
Assist with Intune and Jamf device management.
Act as the MSP's local hands-on resource and coordinate escalated issues.
Document support activity and maintain IT knowledge articles.
Assist with the transition to the new MSP and documentation of the environment.
