Job summary

Talent Groups in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an IT Help Desk Support Specialist I to provide hands-on, on-site desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, device deployment, onboarding/offboarding and asset management in a 3-month contract-to-hire role. Qualifications

• 3+ years of help desk or desktop support experience.
• Strong Mac/macOS and Windows troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and basic network troubleshooting.
• Experience with ITSM ticketing systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift/move equipment up to 40 lbs.
• Experience with Jamf or Intune or MSP environments is a plus.

An external MSP handles most remote system administration, so this role is primarily focused on desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, device deployment, onboarding/offboarding and asset management.
