Job summary

F2Onsite in Coppell, TX is seeking an IT Deskside Support Technician to deliver on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and AV systems in a large corporate environment.

You will diagnose hardware and software issues, perform IMAC tasks, assist with data migrations, manage IT assets, and provide executive and remote staff support with strong customer service and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience supporting remote users and satellite office locations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prior deskside, desktop or end-user support in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for IT equipment in a large corporate environment.
• Deliver desktop and laptop support for Windows and Mac devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and mobile devices, printers, and related technologies.
• Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) tasks for IT equipment.
• Maintain and repair hardware and system components; diagnose issues efficiently.
• Track and resolve incidents using the client’s ticketing system.
