TEKsystems is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on and remote support for end users in Salt Lake City, UT. You will troubleshoot PCs, laptops, tablets, scanners, printers, and peripheral devices in an enterprise environment, with emphasis on imaging, deployments, and lifecycle management.

Formación
- 2+ years in desktop or IT support in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with PCs, laptops, tablets, scanners, and printers.
- Strong troubleshooting across Windows OS, software, and hardware.
- Deskside and remote support experience; able to prioritize quickly.
Responsabilidades
- Provide hands-on and remote desktop support for users in office and manufacturing settings.
- Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, tablets, scanners, printers, and peripherals.
- Support imaging, deployments, and hardware refreshes; lifecycle management.
- Document steps and asset information in the ticketing system; meet SLAs.
- Assist onboarding/offboarding and maintain inventory records.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application support teams to resolve escalations.
