Job summary

Our Fortune 500 client in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Site Support Technician to join the onsite team. You will provide ongoing technical support for production and development systems and handle L1/L2 troubleshooting.

Responsibilities include Windows 10 and Office support, hardware imaging, and mobile support for iOS/Android. 12-month contract with potential extension; pay $24–$26 per hour on W2.

Qualifications

Experience providing L1/L2 IT support in corporate environments.
Familiarity with imaging laptops and OS-level hardware troubleshooting.
Strong customer service mindset and teamwork across IT groups.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software.
Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the OS level across server and network areas.
Troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware faults; build new laptops and imaging.
Mobile support: iOS and Android; basic printer support.
