ManpowerGroup, a Fortune 500 company based in Salt Lake City, Utah, is seeking a Site Support Technician to join a dynamic IT team. The role focuses on delivering hands-on technical support for production and development systems, onsite and remote.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows 10, Office, imaging laptops, and mobile device support, and will excel in customer service while resolving issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems on both remote and onsite platforms.
Support hardware and software at OS level across servers and networks; perform basic to intermediate troubleshooting.
Demonstrate broad IT infrastructure knowledge and strong customer service.
Support Windows 10 and Microsoft Office; troubleshoot desktop hardware faults.
Build new laptops and perform imaging processes.
Provide mobile support for iOS and Android.
Offer basic printer support.
