Job summary

Responsibilities

Walk up desk support and onsite assistance for laptops, tablets, mobiles, printers, and peripherals.
Device setup, imaging, deployment, and user onboarding.
Troubleshoot hardware failures, connectivity, and application access issues.
Coordinate break-fix activities and vendor support engagements.
Maintain equipment inventory and document support activities in tickets.
