Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an on-site IT Support Specialist in Miami to deliver hands-on technical support for the corporate office. You will install and maintain computers, printers, network devices, and AV equipment, troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues, and manage asset tracking.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MAC OS and mobile devices.
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi networking and printers.
• Experience in onsite hardware installation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for corporate office facilities.
• Install, configure and maintain IT hardware and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot network, connectivity and system performance issues.
• Manage hardware asset inventory and shipping/tracking.
• Coordinate with remote IT team for escalations and resolutions.
• Perform system updates, backups and preventive maintenance.
• Document tickets and update resolutions in the ticketing tool.
• Ensure IT work adheres to security and safety standards.
• Work flexible hours and travel to other sites as needed.
