Formación
- Desktop and end-user computing support in Windows environments.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, hardware, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage OS deployment, imaging, and provisioning.
- Support Microsoft 365 apps and services.
- Handle incidents and service requests within SLAs.
- Familiar with ITIL-based support processes.
Responsabilidades
- Provide deskside onsite hardware/software support.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
- Support meeting room AV and collaboration equipment.
- Assist users with connectivity and application issues.
