Job summary

TalentBurst, Inc. is seeking an IT Desktop Support Technician to deliver hands-on end-user support at our Tolleson, AZ site. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a fast-paced production environment, collaborating with IT teams as needed.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in hardware and in-person, customer-facing IT support, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and an Associate’s degree in IT or related field. Overtime and onsite work required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hardware support experience.
• 1+ year in person, customer facing IT support.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop, laptop, printer, and device support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Perform Active Directory administration tasks.
• Support Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Coordinate hardware ordering and deployments.
• Manage and update tickets in ServiceNow.
