Job summary

Precisely is seeking an on-site Service Desk Technician in Tempe, AZ to deliver front-line IT support for local and remote North American users. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, Microsoft 365, and identity issues, while assisting with device deployment and onboarding.

The role requires 2+ years of similar experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. On-site work and occasional on-call rotation are involved.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
• 2+ years in a Service Desk, Help Desk, IT Support, Desktop Support, or related role.
• 2+ years supporting Windows OS, Microsoft 365, hardware and peripherals, and user account administration.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, and remote support tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot end-user hardware, software, operating systems, Microsoft 365, account access, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide support via phone, email, chat, walk-up, and ticketing systems.
• Triage, update, route, and assign tickets by priority and impact.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles and guides.
• Assist with device deployment, onboarding, and inventory management.
• Support conference room tech and office systems.
