Job summary

Stefanini Group in Nashville is seeking a Deskside Technician I to deliver onsite IT support for staff and local technology operations. You will assist end-user devices, deploy endpoints, manage conference room tech, and support hybrid meetings to ensure seamless collaboration.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows 11 and MAC OS, maintaining asset inventories, coordinating with vendors for printer and equipment repairs, and documenting procedures in knowledge bases.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of MAC OS and Windows 11.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry objects; basic tool use.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite end-user support for Nashville staff.
• Deploy and maintain endpoints and imaging.
• Support conference room technologies and Zoom Rooms.
• Troubleshoot video conferencing and telecommunication systems.
• Maintain notebook/desktop configurations and asset inventories.
• Coordinate hardware repair with external vendors.
• Document procedures in knowledge bases.
