Job summary

Astreya is seeking an IT support technician to provide onsite help for laptops, desktops, rugged factory devices, printers, scanners and A/V systems. The role involves incident handling via ITSM, device deployments, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The candidate will leverage SCCM, IT Shop and Nexthink for endpoint visibility and apply strong Windows troubleshooting and basic networking to restore services quickly. Salary ranges reflect base pay only and bonuses are not guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on onsite support for laptops/desktops and rugged factory devices.
• Experience using ITSM processes to manage incidents and requests.
• Familiarity with SCCM, Nexthink and IT Shop for visibility and efficiency.
• Strong Windows troubleshooting and basic networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on onsite support for laptops/desktops and devices.
• Monitor ticket queues and assign tickets in ITSM tools.
• Perform incident management and root cause analysis for major incidents.
• Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks and knowledge articles.
• Use SCCM, IT Shop and Nexthink for endpoint visibility and support efficiency.
• Apply Windows and basic network troubleshooting to restore services.
