Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end onsite and remote user support.
• Deploy and recover assets and assist workstation setup.
• Diagnose hardware issues and support lifecycle management.
• Install and troubleshoot AV equipment for conference rooms.
• Manage tickets and SLA adherence.
• Escalate issues per ITSM processes.
• Collaborate across IT teams to ensure quality service.
