Job summary

Worley in Baton Rouge is seeking a Digital Operations Technician to provide hands-on IT support for end users and workplace technology. You will handle deskside support for desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and mobile devices, ensure devices are ready, and document activities in ITSM.

You will collaborate with global IT teams, support conference rooms, assist with asset lifecycle, and contribute to continuous improvement while upholding health, safety and security standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in deskside, desktop, field, or end-user support within a business environment.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting across Windows endpoints and common business apps.
• Experience onboarding, break/fix, and workplace technology support for end users.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person support for desktops, laptops, monitors, printers and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, device and access issues for local users.
• Support onboarding, workstation setup, user moves, and day-to-day break/fix activities.
• Coordinate with regional/global teams to ensure escalation handling and knowledge sharing.
• Support conference room and collaboration technology and asset lifecycle activities.
• Document all activities and support requests per ITSM processes.
