• Provide remote troubleshooting and diagnostic questioning to resolve issues.
• Record events and resolutions in internal ticketing systems and update status.
• Walk customers through problem-solving steps and escalate when needed.
• Support logistics including asset management, receiving/shipping, and inventory of IT vending spaces.
• Provide level 1 video conferencing support and setup for events.
