A technology solutions company is seeking a highly motivated IT Desktop Support Specialist to provide comprehensive desktop and end-user technology support in Washington, DC. Key responsibilities include providing technical support, managing end-user devices, and collaborating with IT teams. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of IT desktop support experience and strong communication skills. This full-time position is onsite, five days a week, and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 4–6 years of IT desktop support experience in a professional environment.
• Strong working knowledge of end-user hardware and peripherals.
• Hands-on experience with PC hardware configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting AV systems and virtual meeting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to attorneys and staff.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues with Support Desk.
• Configure and troubleshoot end-user devices.
• Support audio-visual systems in conference rooms.
• Assist with Active Directory administration.
