Job summary

Accord Technologies Inc. is seeking a Client Support Technician for a contract, fully onsite role in Jackson, MS.

The technician will provide hands-on desktop and mobile device support, diagnose hardware and software issues, and manage user accounts and onboarding/offboarding tasks. Responsibilities include device setup, OS and application troubleshooting, ticketing, and helping ensure service quality while following IT security procedures.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant IT support or service desk experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
• Knowledge of Azure and/or Active Directory.
• Understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP basics.
• Experience with endpoint security tools and hardware peripherals.
• Experience with desktop PCs, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote end-user technical support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
• Setup new workstations and user devices; incident and service request logging.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and user account provisioning.
• Escalate complex issues to senior admins as needed.
• Maintain accurate IT asset and license inventories.
• Communicate clear status updates to users.
